Stanhopea ecornuta
The Hornless Stanhopea is a medium sized epiphyte found growing in lowland tropical evergreen forests in Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Costa Rica and Panama at elevations up to 1200. It requires full shade and warm growing conditions and should be potted in a basket for the pendulous inflorescence which blooms with a fragrant flower in the summer.
