Pleurothallis pachyglossa

The Broad Tongued Pleurothallis is a medium sized epiphyte/terrestrial that is found from Mexico to Costa-Rica in montane forests at elevations up to 1700m. It requires frequent water during active growth, full shade, moderate humidity and intermediate growing conditions. It can be potted but is best grown on a mount. The inflorescence has a few to several zigzagging flowers and blooms from winter to spring.
