Nageliella purpurea
The Purple Nageliella is a small sized epiphyte found from Mexico, Guatemala, El Salvador and Honduras growing on mossy branches of trees and hillsides at elevations up to 1500m. It requires moderate light and year round moisture and is best mounted on cork/tree fern and grown in warm conditions. The inflorescence bloom continuously through out the summer, even from dead looking stems, so it is best not to cut them until the end of the bloom season.
