Dryadella edwallii

This miniature clumping epiphyte can be found in the mountains of eastern Brazil up to 1300 m in altitude. Commonly called the Partridge in the Grass Orchid, the flowers are produced singly and at any time of the year, but mainly in the summer. This species requires full shade and humidity year round as well as cool to intermediate growing conditions. It can be potted in an epiphyte mix or can be mounted.
