Cattleya walkeriana
An endemic to Brazil, this species is a creeping epiphyte/lithophyte with pseudobulbs. It is synonymous with Cattleya bulbosa and Epidendrum walkeriana. In nature it is often exposed to full light and high temperatures, as such it can be grown in warm conditions with moderate humidity and shade. This species can be potted in an epiphyte mix or mounted as it is very adaptable. The inflorescence arise bearing up to three flowers in the autumn or spring.
