Anacheilium radiatum

A native of South America that can be found in Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras and Belize to Costa Rica, Panama and Colombia, this species grows as an epiphyte in a variety of habitats from tropical evergreen to mixed pine and oak at moderate altitudes. It is a medium sized warm to cool growing specie that blooms with fragrant flowers in the fall, winter and spring season. It is best mounted on wood or tree fern, or in a wire basket with free draining media (preferable wood chips) under bright light to partial shade.
